“Beautiful retreat! It was such a luxurious stay. Barely anyone else around. We had a majority of the amenities to ourselves most of the time. The only other time we would see someone else is during breakfast/lunch/dinner at the restaurant. The service was immaculate! Huong, our host(?), was AMAZING! “I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. “Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. Because i was so busy, i regret not having a chance to enjoy the amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. ”
